U13-17 INDIVIDUAL PLAYER WORKOUTS

While COVID-19 demands social distancing, let's embrace the notion that Football Starts at Home. The Club will be regularly posting Individual Player Workouts, initially focused on Ball Mastery, and growing to include Bodyweight Exercises - these can all be done in a bedroom, a basement, on a sidewalk or in a garage - it’s all about you, the ball and your body! The Program - one that will build in intensity from session to session - will feature new players from all ages and stages of our Club.

Let’s challenge each other to post social medial snippets using #tartanarmyworkouts. We all desperately wish we could be on the pitch; while we remain committed to safety and health, let's find ways to enjoy the Beautiful Game...including our Football Starts at Home initiative.
