Our Under 11 - 17 Competitive Program competes in the EMSA Tier 1 - 3 Leagues.
All players will receive a Macron Training Top, Shorts and Socks

Under 11 Boys’ & Girls’ Program (Birth Years 2013 & 2012)
Our Under 11 Program ensures players are organized in age-and-stage appropriate groups, giving them an improved opportunity to grow in their love of the game while developing across the four pillars of development: technical, tactical, physical and psycho-social. At this age, we will offer 3 training sessions per week (details below).
Program Summary
• Pre-Season: September 19 - October 10
• EMSA Season Start: October 11
• Holiday Break: December 23, 2022 - January 2, 2023
• EMSA Season End: ~February 24, 2023
• EMSA City Finals: February 25 - 26, 2023
Playing Days (Tentative): Monday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Sport Science: All coaches working with our Under 11 Players will receive on-field training, facilitated by The Bridge Sports Therapy & Training, designed to improve Fundamental Movement Skills. Each team will also receive one Movement Skills Training session conducted by The Bridge Sports Therapy & Training.
Training Details: 3x Weekly, 2 sessions led by the team coach(es), 1 session led by a Coerver-licensed coach (“Academy Fee”)

Under 13 Boys’ & Girls’ Program (Birth Years 2011 & 2010)
Our Under 13 Program serves as an entry-point into pre-High Performance. At this age, we will offer Tier 1 players 3 training sessions per week (details below), with Tier 2 players provided the option of adding a third session based on the recommendations of their coach.

• Alberta Soccer Provincial Championships: ~March 10 - 12, 2023
Playing Days (Tentative): Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday / Sunday
Sport Science: As part of our commitment to the Sport Science requirement of Canada Soccer’s National Youth Club License (NYCL), all Under 13 players will participate in a focused Strength & Conditioning (“S&C”) Program. Tier 1 players will receive 18 sessions, while Tier 2 players will receive 12 sessions, all facilitated by The Bridge Sports Therapy & Training, held at the Edmonton Soccer Dome in the Scottish Society’s new Performance Zone. Whenever possible, the S&C session will be scheduled on one of the training days.
Training Details: Tier 1: 3x Weekly, 2 sessions led by the team coach(es), 1 Futsal session led by a licensed Brazilian Street Futsal Academy Director Thiago Silva (“Academy Fee”). The third session is optional for Tier 2 players, based on the recommendations of the team’s coach.
